Salaries by experience:
3 years up to 5 $65,750
5 years up to 10 $108,490
10 or more years $80,291

  • Average amount of monetary bonus expected this year, as reported by the 63 percent of CCDP respondents who said they will probably receive a bonus: $12,125

  • Salaries increased for 70 percent of respondents by an average of $5,024.

  • 28 percent of respondents reported no change in salary in the last 12 months.

  • The average CCDP has been certified for 3.6 years. He or she has an average of 8.6 years of experience in networking and/or internetworking.

    The most common job title held by CCDPs include these:
    Senior network engineer 21.7%
    Network (support) engineer 17.4%
    Network architect/design consultant 10.9%
    Network operations 8.7%
    Systems engineer 8.7%
