I am trying to decide on either the Trainsignal CWNA Lab 20 for wireless training in preparation for the CWNA, or the Learnkey product. There is a significant difference in price between the two, so I am hesitant in choosing one over the other. Hasanyone tried the above, or have had experience with either Learnkey / Trainsignal?

Please help in anyway u can, I will be purchasing one or the other before the night is through. I am anxious to get some video insrauctor lead training. I have already read through the official study guide for cwna( Official Sudy Guide, Planet3 Wirelss) and now would like to reinforce the firt read through before i re-read it and buy some practice tests / transcender for CWNA.

alot of thanks in advance.

I bought the TrainSignal CWNA as I can't afford the Learnkey. I've previewed it some and like what I saw as TrainSignal takes you step by step. Video is like the other's I've bought, doesn't have good transfer from one section to another like a Learnkey would and I would think Learnkey would be pretty good if you could afford it. But I'm satisfied with the TrainSignal myself. I think it was a good deal as I bought it just as it was released. Oh that reminds me, they have a special going on right now but I think the deal ends today, but I've already deleted my email I got from them on what the 15% off code was.

u paid 199.95?

cause now it is 149.95,

ok thanks, I had though you had said you had bought it, but i didn't rmember your comments on it, if you gave any.

well I am putting an order in right now. ty Wildcat_dude

I also thought the Learnkey was a bit too expensive, especially if Trainsignal is comparable or at least good quality. I had read some of the companies it supports and was satisfied by that, in the fact if they didn't support them it would be torn down and their logos removed,. the the DOD, and ASU, Cisco to name a few..

I'll have to look at my bill, but I think I got it for $99.95. They've been emailing me discounts on new releases since I've bought 6 of them now. I also called them and asked if they could give me a discount on the older stuff (since I eventually want to get all of them for my library) which my assigned sales manager did. (mailed me their business card on the 2nd order). I helped to tell them I worked for a government agency I think (they asked for my work email address to verify plus our url which has my name on the IT tab). But the boss got a pretty good deal with Testout, but he did like what I bought for the price (he watched about 5 minutes of the 1st one I bought).

I think he got the entire Testout Suite for $800 plus updates for a year. To me the Testout video was a tad boring, but it was ok - couldn't tell you if they've added CWNA to their list of titles yet as I don't use them (other network admin still has them I think).

Oh if I could afford a Learnkey, I'd buy them in a hearbeat as I liked the one Honeywell Aerospace bought for our IT dept some years back, but when its my own money, got to do what I can on my budget.
