The CCNA is for people who are starting to get experience administering Cisco routers. Considering your other post, you're probably just getting into IT, so getting the CCNA would not be a good idea at this stage in your career.
I'd recommend the A+ certification before pursuing Network+, but that's just my opinion from being in IT for 12 years as a network admin and as an IT certification trainer.
